We are committed to delivering your fragrances safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During launches, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time across India:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping may be available on selected prepaid orders or promotional campaigns.
• Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation email/SMS
• Tracking ID and courier details

You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.

Packaging

Every TPC fragrance is packed with care using protective packaging to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD may be available for selected locations.
• Additional COD charges may apply.
• TPC reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or high-value orders.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to:

• Incorrect shipping address
• Customer unavailability
• Courier operational issues
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances

If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear unboxing photos/videos
• Email us at: mail@perfumerscut.com (replace with your actual email)

Claims made after the reporting window may not be accepted.

International Shipping

Currently, TPC ships only within India.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.
